I'm Randy, Omni's owner and your local point of contact in Navarre. When you're away from home, it helps to know a real person nearby is looking after things—and that you can reach me directly.
After a visit, I send timestamped photos and plain-English notes on what I checked. I'm an Air Force veteran and former federal dispatcher, and those same habits show up here: clear updates and following through.

What is the difference between Home Watch and Rentals?
Home Watch is scheduled absence care for empty homes. Easiest start: a single $80 rental check. Co-hosting is hands-on local help, not hands-off management: Airbnb guest messages 8 AM–6 PM CT (on Vrbo you send, we draft), weekly pricing suggestions you approve, coordination and local checks. You keep the big decisions. Only accepted Co-hosting Premium Responsible Party duties include 24/7 availability. See Pricing for scope.Plans for plan details.
What do I get after a visit or callout?
A timestamped photo report with a checklist covering water, AC, humidity, doors, windows and appliances, plus plain-English notes. Urgent issues are called in right away.
Do I need a long contract?
No. Plans are month-to-month with no long-term contract. Home Watch and checks end with the paid month; co-hosting ends on 30 days’ written notice.
Is Responsible Party service on every plan?
No. Only Co-hosting Premium includes accepted local Responsible Party duties, with 24/7 availability for that role—not routine night guest messaging. Checks only and standard Co-hosting do not appoint Omni as Responsible Party.Plans.
